    Prior to joining the Shaker Auto Group team, my career was as a United States Marine. After my honorable discharge from the Marine Corps, I was unsure what career I wanted to pursue. I knew I wanted to work for a company whose ideals consisted of integrity, strong leadership and opportunity to advance. I found my professional home with the Shaker Auto Group family.

    I was instantly drawn to the company's strong moral compass, discipline and familial atmosphere. 

    When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my dog Sasha.

    I have lived on the North Shore all my life. My career in the automotive business began 30 years ago and has enabled me to develop invaluable work experience while cultivating strong relationships with colleagues. I joined the Shaker Auto Group family in the beginning of 2016. The company's approach and emphasis on customer satisfaction is unparalleled.     I have been loyal to the Mazda brand since 2001. During this time I have owned, driven, and sold a few thousand Mazda's. My knowledge and experience with Mazda's product, philosophy and history has been the reason for my loyalty and continued enthusiasm.     I joined the Shaker Family Auto Group in 2008. Our partnership with Mazda is focused on the customer experience and their driving needs.     Nearly twenty years ago, my family and I moved to the United States from Albania. A common question I am asked is "why did your family move?". The decision to move to the United States was influenced by education, opportunity and the pursuit of the American dream. From an early age, I was taught the importance of working for a company whose ideals emphasized the value of both employee and customer satisfaction. The decision to join the Shaker Auto Group team was a natural fit.

    I am currently enrolled in business marketing and management courses. When I am not working or in school, I enjoy playing soccer, watching sports, working on cars and being a disc jockey.

My professional objective is to continue my career progression while providing exemplary customer service.

    In my spare time I enjoy traveling, exploring and being outside. I find the outdoors to be freeing and peaceful.

    Hi, my name is Chuck Lutz. Presently, I am the parts director for North Shore Mazda,and Wellesley Mazda. I have been a proud member of the Shaker Auto Group for 6 years. Currently, I hold certifications as a Mazda master parts director as well as a Nissan certified parts manager. I have been in the automotive industry for 25 years. I hold a degree in Automotive Technology from Franklin Institute in Boston, MA. Prior to that I attended Bentley College for business management.


    Married with two children, I enjoy spending free time with my family.  I coach both of my children in various sports, football, softball and baseball.   Previously, I have coached many sporting programs for both Greater Marlboro Programs and Belmont Recreation athletes training for the Special Olympics.  I was on the area board for the Department of Mental Health.

    Hi, my name is Erik Olson. I am the service director for North Shore Mazda and Wellesley Mazda. I have been with the Shaker Group for 5 years.

    My love of cars brought me into the automotive business in 1983. I have worked almost every position in the service department, from car wash to shop Forman to Management. At both our locations we strive to give our customers top quality factory trained service. From an employee that has done all aspects of service we exceed my expectations.

    Married with three children, I devote as much time as possible to my kid's homework and sports. My wife and I are active in our town's p.t.o and intramural sports.
